Sophie Hiroko is a singer/songwriter hailing from Duluth, MN, and a daughter of Lake Superior. She describes the genre of music she creates as tender bubble grunge which aims to describe the marriage of her soft vocals alongside a grungy guitar accompaniment. Drawing inspiration from themes of death, rebirth, social justice, and girlhood, she just released her debut EP, to the core following her win of the grand prize for the nationally renowned bluegrass band Trampled by Turtles 2025 Palomino g
