AllConcerts.com is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level wherever practical.
Standards we work toward
- Perceivable — all images, icons, and key UI elements have descriptive alt text or aria labels. Color is never the sole way information is conveyed.
- Operable — the site is fully keyboard navigable. Visible focus rings appear on every interactive element when navigating with the Tab key, and a “Skip to content” link is available at the top of every page.
- Understandable — pages are structured with semantic HTML (proper headings, landmarks, lists) so screen readers and assistive tech can present them sensibly.
- Robust — we test on the latest major browsers and screen-reader pairings (VoiceOver + Safari, NVDA + Firefox).
Known limitations
Some third-party content embedded on the site (ticketing iframes, partner widgets) is outside our direct control and may not fully meet WCAG. Where possible we provide a non-embedded alternative path to the same information.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion for improving accessibility, please email accessibility@allconcerts.com with the URL of the page and a brief description. We aim to respond within five business days.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is treated as a continuous process, not a one-time audit. We test new features against the standards above before release and revisit older pages on a rolling basis.
