Originally from a small town in southern Massachusetts, Chrissi Poland is a true soul singer, writer, and instrumentalist. Combining the sounds of blues, roots, jazz, and soul, she channels a sound that is all her own, yet influenced by the greats. Now a resident of NYC, Chrissi performs her music regularly at venues including the Living Room, The Rockwood Music Hall, The Bitter End, and The Blue Note. She has performed live and toured with Stax legend Sam Moore, in the US, Canada, and Japan. Chrissi can also be heard on rock artist Moby’s latest release, “Last Night”. Favorite performance credits include a win at the Apollo Theater’s Amateur Night in Harlem, performances with Sting, and a guest performance with The Brian Blade Fellowship. .
