America
America is a British-American rock band formed in 1970 by Dewey Bunnell, Dan Peek, and Gerry Beckley. The trio met as sons of US Air Force personnel stationed in London, where they began performing live. Achieving significant popularity in the 1970s, the trio was famous for its close vocal harmonies and light acoustic folk rock sound. The band released a string of hit albums and singles, many of which found airplay on pop and soft rock stations.

Join the American Male Chorus Association for The AMCA BIG SING 2026, a special, uplifting and inspiring musical production with a patriotic flair, honoring America`s 250th anniversary. Highlighting as many as 13 choruses and over 260 Male Chorus members from across the Upper Midwest, this event also welcomes male singers (ages 15+) from the community to join their voices with the mass chorus in a stirring celebration of song. Hosted by Appleton`s MacDowell Male Chorus, this family friendly event is a great way to spend your evening.
