Ben Kenney is an American musician, songwriter, record producer and multi-instrumentalist from Brielle, New Jersey. He played guitar with the Roots in the early 2000s before joining Incubus as its bassist in 2003, replacing founding bassist Alex Katunich. Kenney remained with Incubus for approximately two decades, appearing on the band's recordings from A Crow Left of the Murder... (2004) through Trust Fall (2020). After an extended absence from touring while recovering from brain surgery, his departure from the group was announced in February 2024.
